Several years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance, with proven leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of billing systems, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Czym się zajmiesz

Supervise and guide the billing team, setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.
Monitor the entire billing cycle to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Develop and implement billing policies, procedures, and controls.
Analyze billing data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service departments to resolve billing issues and inquiries.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements related to billing.
