Staffing Team

The primary responsibility of the Staffing Team is to strategically assign professionals to projects that best align with their skills and expertise. We ensure a seamless match between client needs, project goals, and employee preferences.

We’re a group of 10, working closely with project management and the board. We take pride in our teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve the company’s goals.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Staffing/PMO or similar areas

  • Have top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)

  • Know English and Polish very well

  • Be a communicative and analytical person with an eye for detail

  • Be able to organize your own work

  • Like to work with data and know tools like PowerBI

  • Are familiar with IT terminology

  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid home office model (2-3 times per week in the office) as work-life balance is crucial at Sollers.
