Staffing & Delivery / Operations Team

The role is split between the Staffing and Operations teams, both focused on enabling smooth project delivery and supporting our people.

The Staffing Team is responsible for strategically assigning professionals to projects that best match their skills and expertise. We ensure a strong fit between client needs, project goals, and employee preferences, working closely with project management and leadership to support effective resource allocation.

The Operations Team focuses on creating the conditions for our people to perform at their best. This includes managing office operations, organizing comfortable business travel to project locations, and coordinating integration and team-building events. Our goal is to maintain a positive, well-organized, and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.

Czego chętnie szukamy

  • Experience in office administration (1-2 years) and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.

  • Availability to work full-time from our Kraków office, Monday to Friday (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00).

  • Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.

  • Great communication skills

  • A proactive mindset, ability to organise own work and manage priorities

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Confidence in using MS Office tools, especially top-notch Excel skills

  • A team-player spirit, combined with independence a willingness to learn and grow together.
