Join our team as a Intern - Junior AP Accountant to join our Polish Cluster in Asahi Shared Service Center. To support the AP team with OCR and invoice booking processes
You will support our AP and finance operations team while gaining hands-on experience in an international business environment. You will assist with processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily finance activities using SAP and other financial systems.
As this is a part-time position (20 hours per week)
Do you fit?
Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience with a solid understanding of AP processes.
Fluency in English with strong professional communication skills is essential.
Excel skills are required
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
What you'll own
Assist with processing vendor invoices and payments in SAP.
Support vendor and customer query resolution.
Help maintain Vendor and Customer Master Data.
Prepare and organize finance documentation and records.
Support audit requests and process improvement activities.
Collaborate with the finance team on daily operational tasks.
