We're looking for a skilled Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in keeping our financial operations sharp and reliable. In this position, you'll own daily accounting processes, contribute to month-end closings, and support reporting and audit cycles, bringing both precision and initiative to every task.

Own month-end close and day-to-day accounting
Ensure accuracy and timely handling of all accounting activities, including end-of-month tasks, independently, without being chased
Review accounting entries daily and reconcile General Ledger accounts, including accruals and prepayments
Post payroll, production cost settlements, and intangible asset transactions (posting and documentation)
Posting of purchase invoices (domestic and foreign) and employee-related transactions
Keep tax and statutory compliance on point
Reconcile balances with ZUS and US
Assist in calculating corporate income tax (CIT) and VAT returns and VAT corrections
Ensure compliance with the accounting policy and implementation of accounting and tax procedures
Deliver reporting you can stand behind
Prepare reports and statements for local and global purposes, including intercompany settlements in line with corporate policies
Be accountable for legal entity accounting and statutory reporting (IFRS and Local GAAP), supporting audits and related accounting tasks
Prepare accurate, audit-ready data for internal reporting and external audit processes
Build the systems that let subsidiaries grow
Lead or drive the implementation of new accounting/ERP systems as new entities and subsidiaries come online
Design and set up processes from scratch where none exist yet, rather than waiting for someone else to define them
Drive automation initiatives across Accounting and Tax by identifying manual processes, implementing technology-driven solutions
Propose and implement process improvements to increase consistency, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across Tax and Accounting
