We are looking for an IT Service Specialist to join our team in Rzeszów. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to employees while helping maintain the reliability, security, and smooth operation of our IT infrastructure in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
This is primarily an office-based position at our Rzeszów office, with occasional opportunities to work remotely.

Czy do nas pasujesz?
Hands-on experience in IT Support or helpdesk
Familiarity with Microsoft products: Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune
Ability to work with Microsoft and Apple (Mac) hardware
Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN networks and network device monitoring
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Receiving and resolving tickets in the JIRA ticketing system
Providing daily technical and IT support to employees
Installing, configuring, and servicing computers (Windows, Mac), mobile devices, and peripherals
Deploying system updates and working on IT process automation
Managing wired and wireless networks, including device monitoring
Managing user accounts, permissions, and authentication policies
Maintaining technical documentation and IT asset inventory
Supporting the deployment of new tools and systems in collaboration with technical teams
