Czy do nas pasujesz?
3+ years in product, growth, or commercial role within B2B SaaS or fintech
Experience owning and improving a self-serve sign-up or onboarding funnel
Has run or been involved in a referral or incentive programme in a B2B context
Comfortable with funnel analytics tools (Customer.io, Mixpanel, or similar)
Proven ability to define strategy and see it through to delivery
Strong communicator able to present commercial plans to senior stakeholders
Highly Desirable Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or merchant onboarding
Familiarity with KYB and its impact on sign-up conversion
Has worked in a clear BO/PO separation environment
Exposure to the European SME or merchant segment

Define and own KPIs: sign-up volume, sign-up-to-activation rate, referral contribution, CAC
Generate a continuous pipeline of growth ideas and hypotheses
Translate commercial goals into clear briefs for the PO and product team
Work closely with PO throughout delivery - reviewing specs, challenging edge cases, signing off on output
Partner with Marketing on campaigns, landing pages, and acquisition messaging
Partner with Legal and Compliance to navigate KYB without killing conversion
Present results and plans to leadership - owning the numbers and the narrative
Track competitors, merchant needs, and market direction
