The TPRM Specialist is responsible for monitoring and mitigating third-party risks related to Human Rights and Environmental standards, including conducting risk screenings, coordinating and executing mitigation plans, tracking compliance, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the integrity of vendor operations. In this role, the TPRM Specialist develops a strong working knowledge of HR&E risk domains and provides clear guidance to the business on required mitigations actions or expectations to address identified risks. As part of the TPRM Control Tower, the team serves as HEINEKEN’s first line of defence, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the supplier base while supporting the consistent application of standards and helping embed Human Rights and Environmental expectations throughout the supply chain.

Analysing risk data and alerts from the Prewave system and conductong additional investigation, where required, to identify potential HR&E risks.
Assessing the severity and likelihood of identified risks and alerts to prioritize mitigation measures or escalations.
Adopting and tweaking mitigation plans based on identified risks.
Ensuring that mitigation plans are comprehensive and addressing all identified risks effectively.
Sharing approved mitigation plans with HGP, OpCo procurement teams and external stakeholders.
Providing clear instructions and guidelines on executing the mitigation plans.
Tracking the implementation of mitigation plans to ensure compliance.
Evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation measures and making adjustments as necessary.
Detecting and documenting risk findings, issues and incident alerts related to HR&E in vendor’s operations.
Conducting detailed analysis of vendor practices to identify compliance with HR&E guidelines.
Monitoring and evaluating, periodically, the risk performance of vendors, concerning HR&E standards.
Verifying and assessing the Due Diligence scoring results for assigned vendors, including screening results & responses review and determination of necessary actions
Reviewing the assessment process and confirming that scores accurately reflect the vendor's risk profile.
Regularly communicating the results of risk monitoring activities to relevant stakeholders.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations highlighting key findings and significant risks.
Identifying and escalating any compliance issues or risks that cannot be mitigated at the operational level.
Collaborating with senior management and relevant stakeholders to address escalated issues promptly.
Working closely with risk functions, local & global procurement teams, and other relevant departments.
Facilitating regular meetings and communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Offering training and support to procurement teams and other relevant staff on risk mitigation processes and best practices.
