About the role

As an HR Systems Consultant focused on the Workday platform and configuration, you will serve as a subject matter expert for core HR system setup and ongoing configuration work. You will make sure the platform backs business processes accurately and in line with best practices.

Do you fit?

Several years of practical experience configuring Workday or a comparable enterprise HR system
Solid grasp of core HR processes and data structures
Relevant Workday certifications in HCM or related modules
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to turn business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills for working together with HR, IT and business stakeholders
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage

What you'll own

Configure and maintain core Workday modules such as HCM, compensation, talent and learning based on business requirements
Turn functional business requirements into system configuration and deliver solutions across the full change lifecycle
Carry out unit, integration and regression testing to confirm configuration changes before they go live
Handle security roles and domain assignments to guarantee appropriate data access
Produce and keep up to date configuration documentation and work instructions
Deliver second level support by diagnosing system issues and advising users on system functionality
