Experience in sales support, back office operations, or process improvement
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analyze sales back office processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Develop and implement process optimization initiatives and standard operating procedures
Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Support sales teams with order management, documentation, and data accuracy tasks
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve process bottlenecks
Document workflows and contribute to continuous improvement projects
