Do you fit?
Bachelor’s degree/University degree
Experience managing supplier or commercial relationships within the online gaming industry
Strong understanding of online casino content, game providers & player behavior
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistics and practical applications.
Strong presentation skills
Uses data insights to guide recommendations, reports, and strategic decisions.
Able to approach challenges logically and propose practical, data-supported solutions.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools.

What you'll own
Act as the Group's primary relationship owner for strategic gaming suppliers.
Build strong partnerships with key providers, ensuring regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Monitor supplier performance against agreed commercial objectives and service standards.
Identify opportunities for enhanced commercial support, marketing investment and promotional activity.
Coordinate supplier business reviews and develop joint growth plans.
Escalate operational or commercial issues where required to ensure timely resolution.
Aid in the coordination of the Group pipeline of new game releases, exclusive content and supplier launches.
Work closely with local Heads of Gaming and Product Owners to support the planning and execution of key launches.
Share launch best practices, promotional recommendations and supplier insights across all markets.
Ensure exclusive content opportunities are effectively communicated and supported across the business.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing and Commercial teams to maximise launch performance.
Help ensure suppliers provide the assets, promotional mechanics and support required for successful launches.
