Do you fit?
High School or University degree
Strong experience in IT / Technology procurement categories such as:
Software (licenses, SaaS, enterprise applications)
Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar)
IT infrastructure and hardware
Telecom and IT services
Understanding of IT landscapes and technology sourcing models
Ability to evaluate commercial and technical proposals
Experience in cost modeling (TCO, licensing structures, subscription pricing)
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to leverage AI tools for spend analysis, vendor benchmarking, and reporting
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
Independent, reliable, and proactive approach
Strong collaboration across IT, Procurement, and business teams
Experience working with IT contracts, SLAs, licensing models, and technical SOWs

What you'll own
Prepare RFQs / RFPs and tender documentation
Collect and compare supplier offers
Support evaluations, negotiations and contract finalization.
Prepare auctions
Coordinate with suppliers
Ensure proper documentation of results.
Assist with spend analysis and price benchmarking across countries
Prepare inputs for savings tracking and reporting
Monitor end of contract periods, termination periods and proper timing for renegotiation, develop database for price benchmarking across the Group for purchased products and services.
Ongoing cooperation with the Group Procurement team members, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Preparation of periodic reports.
Good collaboration with company employees.
Caring for the good image of the company.
