FEED Manager (OWF) (f/m)

University degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the preparation and execution of capital investment projects in the power infrastructure sector (offshore wind energy or related industries preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager position.

Knowledge of project preparation and management methodologies, as well as risk management practices for investment projects (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification/postgraduate studies would be considered an asset).

Experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects involving multiple interfaces.

Knowledge of offshore wind farm development processes.

Experience in managing civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (working in an international project environment).

Results-oriented mindset and strong execution skills.

Strong business accountability.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Understanding of project risks and financial processes.

Acting as the Pre-FEED / FEED Manager within the organizational structure of ORLEN Neptun Sp. z o.o., covering the technical workstreams: WTG, FOU, OSS, CAB, ONS, T&I, Permits & Consents, and Certification.

Providing owner’s engineering oversight for the execution of Pre-FEED / FEED contracts, including budget control, coordination and acceptance of milestone deliverables, documentation review, and verification of contractual compliance against performed work.

Organizing and leading internal and external meetings related to ongoing contracts, including moderating discussions and preparing meeting minutes and reports.

Coordinating and managing interfaces between stakeholders and work packages throughout all stages of Pre-FEED / FEED execution to optimize processes and minimize costs and risks.

Facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to identify optimal technical and commercial solutions.

Preparing procurement processes, including technical specifications (technical requirements and input data), and participating in commercial negotiations.

Monitoring project progress and schedules and providing regular reporting.

Conducting regular interface risk assessments in cooperation with the project risk management teams.

Actively participating in obtaining corporate approvals.
