Review current equipment and asset data structures to determine what the migration requires
Build and carry out migration plans covering mapping, cleansing, and validation work
Work with client teams and stakeholders to agree on migration scope and schedules
Run data quality checks and fix any inconsistencies before, during, and after the move
Record migration processes, configurations, and results for reporting
Help with testing and troubleshooting after the migration to keep systems stable
