Your responsibilities - direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status; - timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners; - clarifying customer complaints; - checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice. Our requirements - C1 level of Dutch and communicative level of English; - relevant work experience in customer service; - experience with SAP or other ERP system; - ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
