About the role
Your responsibilities - Conduct phone calls / e-mail /chat/ social – media correspondence - Support the hotline (incoming calls) - Provide information on the product and service concerned - Collect and processes orders both by phone and by e-mail and others form of contact - Help to solve customers' problems and advises customers. Our requirements - Fluent in written and spoken German (C1) - Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
