Category Manager, Contract Manufacturing

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Around 10 years of purchasing or procurement experience, with contract manufacturing sourcing experience preferred.

Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier management, and procurement best practices.

Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and sourcing efficiencies.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop long-term business and category plans.

Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.

Experience working within global and cross-functional environments.

Build strategic partnerships with key Contract Manufacturers and Dispute Resolution

Negotiate and manage supply agreements that deliver favorable commercial terms for Herbalife.

Conduct Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and regular supplier business reviews.

Lead global cross-functional teams focused on optimizing supply chains across multiple regions and business units.

Develop and execute long-term category and commodity strategies to drive efficiency, innovation, and value creation.

Identify and deliver cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities

Negotiate prices, payment terms, capacity commitments, tooling investments and long-term agreements.

Drive cost transparency through open-book models

Support Research & Development initiatives by providing commodity expertise, cost analysis, and supply chain risk assessments for new products.

Monitor commodity markets and proactively identify opportunities to manage cost fluctuations and supply risks.
