Do you fit?

  • First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.

  • At least a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.

  • Great command of English language, at least C1 level proficiency.

  • Very good knowledge of German, at least B2/C1 level.

  • Understanding of agile ways of working.

  • Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems.

  • Eligibility to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

What you'll own

  • Participate in consulting or implementation teams for IT projects in the financial sector, primarily insurance companies.

  • Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions while supporting User Acceptance Tests (UATs).

  • Collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.

  • Perform varied tasks in different roles within an international environment.

  • Actively contribute as a member of an Agile team, taking ownership of assigned topics.
