Czy do nas pasujesz?
4+ years of experience in finance, technical accounting, credit control, or a related field.
Previous experience leading or mentoring team members.
Strong knowledge of the insurance or reinsurance industry.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
Experience working in an international SSC/BPO environment is an advantage.
Proficiency in digital tools and experience using AI-supported solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
