Analyst – Billing & Collection (French/German)

About the role

Twój zakres obowiązków - Work across key sub-functions (invoicing, collections, cash application) to ensure smooth end-to-end processes - Monitor bank accounts and accurately allocate incoming payments based on documentation - Manage payment processes, including internal transfers, coinsurance settlements, and claims offsets - Follow up on receivables by monitoring overdue accounts and coordinating with brokers - Communicate with brokers regarding payments, queries, and collections activities - Analyse financial and insurance documents (contracts, endorsements, premiums) to ensure accuracy and compliance - Maintain and update client and financial data in internal systems - Perform quality checks on cash application, billing, and collections processes - Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making - Track collection activities and identify process improvement opportunities - Support SOA processes and collaborate on system enhancements Wymagania - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

• Solid analytical abilities and a talent for solving problems.

• Meticulous approach with a strong focus on detail and precision.

• Willingness to think creatively and question how things are usually done.

• Skilled in Excel.

• Command of English at a very good level (at least B2)

• Command of French or German at a good level (at least B1)

• Track record of reviewing financial and non-financial documents and drawing useful conclusions from them.

• Keen to work in a fast paced, international setting.

• A positive outlook and a good sense of humor (this one is not up for negotiation!)

• Well developed organizational skills, able to plan your own time well and act on your own initiative.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools

Responsibilities

   Handle the main sub-functions, namely invoicing, collections and cash application, keeping the end-to-end processes running smoothly

   Keep an eye on bank accounts and assign incoming payments accurately based on the supporting documentation

   Oversee payment processes such as internal transfers, coinsurance settlements and claims offsets

4. 4

   Chase outstanding receivables by tracking overdue accounts and liaising with brokers

5. 5

   Stay in contact with brokers about payments, queries and collections activities

6. 6

   Review financial and insurance documents, including contracts, endorsements and premiums, to guarantee accuracy and compliance

7. 7

   Keep client and financial information up to date in internal systems

   Carry out quality checks on cash application, billing and collections processes

   Put together regular and ad hoc reports to back up decision making

10. 10

    Monitor collections activity and spot chances to improve processes

    Lend support to SOA processes and work together on system enhancements
