We are looking for a certified Health & Safety Specialist (Specjalista ds. BHP) to support our operations in Szczecin on a part-time basis. This role will ensure compliance with Polish labor law and promote a strong safety culture within a corporate office environment.
Za co będziesz odpowiadać
Ensure compliance with Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy) and internal H&S policies
Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend preventive actions
Manage and deliver OHS onboarding and periodic trainings
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions
Maintain documentation (risk assessments, training logs, medical referrals, PPE)
Support audits and liaise with external authorities and inspectors
Advise leadership on safety improvements and best practices
Certification: Recognised OHS qualification (Technik BHP / Specjalista ds. BHP) – mandatory
Experience: 2+ years in a similar HSE/OHS role
Knowledge: Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy); ISO OH nice to have
Languages: Polish – native/fluent; English – B1/B2 (for internal communication/reporting)
Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills; MS Office proficiency
Availability: Ability to work onsite in Szczecin (part-time schedule)
Part-time (e.g. 20–25 hours per week – to be aligned)
Flexible scheduling possible depending on business needs
