Creating and executing a global social media strategy for G2A.COM
Managing the brand's presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, X, and Facebook
Growing and actively engaging the gaming community around the brand
Creating and overseeing content plans tailored to the specifics of each channel
Monitoring gaming, internet, technology, and pop culture trends and leveraging them in brand communication
Collaborating with influencers, streamers, creators, and partners from the gaming industry
Co-creating 360° marketing campaigns supporting the company's key business and marketing objectives
Closely collaborating with Brand, PR, Performance Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent communication and maximize campaign impact
Supporting PR activities by amplifying corporate, product, and employer branding communications
Working with the Performance Marketing team on content testing, supporting paid campaigns, and optimizing the user journey from engagement to conversion
Collaborating with Commercial and Category Management teams to promote key product categories, game launches, gift cards, subscriptions, and other digital products
Monitoring brand sentiment, managing crisis communication, and identifying opportunities and risks across social media channels
Analyzing performance results, reporting on KPIs, and recommending optimization actions
Providing insights into gaming communities, trends, and consumer behavior to support business and marketing decisions
