Several years of experience in SAP delivery, consulting or IT leadership, with team management experience
Deep knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the organization's business processes
Experience with SAP governance, support models and lifecycle management
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
Track record of driving process improvement and delivery excellence
Fluency in English

Define and execute the vision, roadmap and governance model for the SAP center of excellence
Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, setting standards for delivery quality and competence development
Oversee SAP solution design, implementation, upgrades and integration across business processes
Establish and manage a support and demand model that aligns SAP services with business needs
Monitor SAP system performance, costs and risks, reporting to senior leadership
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP best practices across the organization
