Prospect and qualify 30+ outbound leads per week via LinkedIn, email and phone
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives across DACH
Maintain a clean CRM pipeline in HubSpot
Partner with marketing on ABM campaigns and event follow-up
Hit and exceed monthly meeting and SQL targets
1-2 years of B2B sales or SDR experience
Native or C2 level German
Professional English
Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
