Proven experience in a sales development, business development, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Czech or Slovak and English.
Strong ability to research and understand target markets and customer pain points.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Proactively prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their needs and fit for the company's solutions.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the senior sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and activity data.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
