Managing advertising production projects for international clients.
Preparing project documentation, including timelines, cost estimates, and reports.
Coordinating and overseeing the execution of tasks within each project.
Maintaining strong, ongoing communication with clients and providing support at every stage of the project.
Collaborating with internal teams (Digital, DTP, Moving Image, Traffic) to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
Czego chętnie szukamy
Experience in the advertising or marketing industry, especially in project coordination.
Very good command of English – daily communication with international clients is a must.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, multitask effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
Familiarity with project management tools – a plus.
