3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer for mid-junior roles, and 5+ years for mid-senior roles.
Strong UX/UI competencies supported by solid problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of digital product design principles, including UI patterns, accessibility standards, and usability heuristics.
Proven ability to create prototypes at various levels of fidelity (lo-fi to hi-fi).
Experience working with design systems.
Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and FigJam/Mural/Miro (or similar).
Confidence and experience presenting design work to diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executive-level audiences.
Fluency in English (C1–C2) and Polish (B2).
Interest in Gen AI and staying up to date with trends - our team has a lot of innovative projects, we’d be happy if you’ve experience designing Gen AI and conversational experience, but you will also have an opportunity to learn on the job.
Knowledge of research methods, particularly qualitative and desk research, as well as hands-on experience with Service Design.
Experience in consulting.
