Performence Creative Strategy Lead
Displate is a globally recognized, design-first e-commerce DTC brand selling premium metal posters to millions of customers worldwide. We operate at scale across the US and Europe, manage a multi-million dollar annual performance budget across Meta, TikTok and Google, collaborate with some of the biggest licensed brands and artists in the world, and offer best-in-class physical product unmatched by competitors.

We're looking for a Performance Creative Strategy Lead to own the paid social creative strategy for the Performance Marketing Team at Displate. You will define the personas, angles and messaging frameworks behind our campaigns, turn them into high-performing creative through clear briefs, and run a structured testing roadmap that continuously scales what works. You'll partner closely with Media Buyers, Brand, Design, Motion and Influencer Marketing, build the processes and playbooks that let the function scale, and grow the Performance Creative team as it expands.

General Expectations

Own the paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and other acquisition channels as they evolve.
Define customer personas, angles, messaging frameworks and creative hypotheses that drive high-performing campaigns.
Develop original creative concepts across static, video and emerging ad formats, communicating ideas through clear creative briefs for designers, motion designers, editors and UGC creators.
Write and oversee high-quality performance copy, including hooks, headlines, scripts, voiceovers and creative briefs.
Build and execute a structured creative experimentation roadmap, continuously testing, iterating and scaling winning concepts based on campaign performance.
Partner with Media Buyers to interpret campaign results, identify winning patterns and translate insights into the next generation of creative tests.
Review and approve all creative assets before launch, ensuring they meet performance principles, brand standards and quality expectations.
Maintain a central knowledge base of creative learnings, documenting winning patterns, failed experiments and best practices to continuously improve future campaigns.
Monitor competitors, advertising trends and emerging creative formats across paid social to identify new opportunities and keep our creative strategy ahead of the market.
Own the end-to-end creative lifecycle, from ideation and production through testing, optimisation and scaling, making data-driven decisions to refine or retire creative concepts.
Explore AI tools, creative automation and new production workflows to increase creative output and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Brand, Graphic Design, Motion, Influencer Marketing and external creators to deliver high-performing creative across all paid acquisition channels.
