Twój zakres obowiązków - Assist Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain and R&D/R&I in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with automotive, truck, train and bus customers, suppliers of raw materials, components, tooling, services, logistics and CAPEX, as well as partners, including consortiums and partnerships. - Support the assessment and resolution of legal operational issues arising across all relevant OPmobility Business Group sites.

Support the assessment and resolution of legal operational issues arising across all relevant OPmobility Business Group sites.
Help ensure that OPmobility always operates within the law.
Support business strategy development by providing clear legal options and practical guidance.
Limit legal and contractual risk exposure.
Master’s degree in law, preferably in Commercial Law, International Law, Competition Law or Intellectual Property.
5–7 years of experience in a law firm or in the legal department of an international company from the industrial sector, with exposure to legal operations matters.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; a good command of German would be an asset
