Kontroler Finansowy (Financial Controller)
Description
CTHINGS.CO is a Polish technology company developing SaaS, IoT, AI, and data management and analytics solutions for business customers. We deliver both commercial projects and research & development initiatives funded by national and European programs.
We are looking for a Financial Controller who will take ownership of the company's day-to-day financial and controlling processes and support the CFO in reporting, budgeting, and financial management activities.
This role combines financial controlling, financial operations, and cooperation with an external accounting firm.
Czy do nas pasujesz?
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role.
Good understanding of financial accounting and management reporting principles.
Ability to analyze financial data and draw practical business conclusions.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience working with ERP systems (Enova365 experience is a plus).
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in a technology company, SaaS business, or software house.
Experience working with an external accounting firm.
Knowledge of grant-funded projects and programs (PARP, NCBR, EU-funded projects).
Experience with Power BI or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
ACCA, CIMA, or active pursuit of a professional finance certification.
Experience working in a fast-growing and dynamic organization.
Employment contract (UoP) or B2B cooperation.
Direct cooperation with the CFO and exposure to strategic financial processes.

Preparing management reports, financial analyses, and budget variance analyses.
Monitoring budget execution and supporting the forecasting process.
Issuing sales invoices and overseeing the flow of financial documentation.
Monitoring receivables, payables, and the company's financial liquidity.
Verifying and preparing payments and reviewing the accuracy of accounting documents.
Cooperating with the external accounting firm during month-end closing and financial reconciliations.
Supporting grant-funded projects and cooperating with an external consulting company responsible for grant settlements.
Cooperating with the Sales, Delivery, HR teams, and Management Board in the area of financial reporting and analysis.
