Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within finance, planning, or forecasting systems
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Experience working with agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into product decisions
Familiarity with planning or forecasting tools such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, or similar platforms

Define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for finance forecasting and planning applications
Gather and translate business requirements from finance stakeholders into functional specifications
Prioritize features and manage the product lifecycle from discovery through release
Coordinate with engineering, data, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Monitor product performance, adoption, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Maintain documentation of product requirements, user stories, and release notes
