As Internal Logistics Excellence Manager you will drive performance gains and standardization of logistics operations across manufacturing sites in Central Europe. The position centers on strengthening internal material flows, warehouse productivity and logistics processes in alignment with regional and global operational targets.
Czy do nas pasujesz?
Master's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience in internal logistics, warehouse management or production logistics
Solid grasp of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods
Strong analytical capabilities and hands on experience measuring logistics performance
Fluent English; German or another Central European language would be beneficial
Openness to travel on a regular basis to sites throughout the region

Set up and roll out internal logistics standards and proven practices across the sites in Central Europe
Examine material flows, warehouse configurations and transport operations to pinpoint areas for improvement
Steer lean and continuous improvement projects focused on logistics cost, quality and lead time
Establish and track KPIs covering internal logistics performance and communicate results for the region
Manage cross functional projects involving production, supply chain, quality and EHS teams
Assist in the deployment of new logistics systems, automation and digitalization initiatives
