We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will work closely with the business and become a trusted partner to managers and leaders across ZEN.

In this role, you will support our teams, combining a strong business perspective with effective HR solutions. We’re looking for someone who not only knows how to successfully manage people processes, but can also proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and drive changes that support business growth, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

Has least 5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
Has experience partnering with managers and senior leadership and knows how to build credibility as a trusted business partner.
Has strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and employee lifecycle processes.
Has experience working in a dynamic, international organization - experience in fintech or financial services would be an advantage.
Is comfortable working with HR data and people metrics and can translate insights into practical business recommendations.
Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Is proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership.
Thrives in a changing environment and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Is fluent in English.
