Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly within a large bank, FX broker, or major electronic communication network (ECN) as a Product Owner, Head of e-FX, or Senior Business Analyst.
Domain Expertise: Expert-level understanding of FX market structure, liquidity pooling, and product lifecycles across Spot, Forwards, and FX Swaps.
Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience navigating institutional regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR, FX code of conduct) and managing the associated transaction reporting and compliance infrastructure.
Technical Bridge: Ability to "speak the language" of quantitative developers, network engineers, and data scientists to effectively bridge the gap between business intent and technical architecture.

Accountability: Act as the ultimate owner accountable for the platform's P&L, client adoption, and market competitiveness.
Product Roadmap: Define the long-term e-FX product roadmap to drive volume, increase client monetization, and optimize internal cost-per-trade metrics.
Liquidity & Market-Making: Collaborate with liquidity providers and manage internal market-making logic.
Client Experience: Partner with Corporate FX Sales teams to understand client needs, onboard clients, and design intuitive, low-friction user journeys.
Business Logic & Risk: Define business logic for credit-checking mechanisms, real-time margin/collateral management, automated auto-hedging (A-Book/B-Book internalizing strategies), and circuit breakers during high-market volatility.
BaaS Cooperation: Cooperate with the BaaS team in onboarding partners for FX products and drive the strategy for BaaS client connectivity via APIs.
Technical Workflows: Oversee the business logic for automated algorithmic quoting and smart order routing (SOR) systems.
Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with technology infrastructure teams to optimize the hardware and software footprint, ensuring ultra-low latency execution and high-throughput messaging.
System Architecture: Architect seamless workflows between the in-house trading platform and remaining systems for down-stream processing, booking, clearing, and settlement.
Data Analytics: Define requirements for big-data pipelines that ingest tick-by-tick market data to evaluate platform performance, fill ratios, rejection rates, and market impact analysis.
Agile Delivery: Translate complex capital markets logic into highly granular, technical user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as the ultimate prioritizer of the engineering team's sprints using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate platform performance, technical debt, and financial ROI to C-level executives and other stakeholders.
