Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an ambitious FieldSales Representative. Your focus will be on the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, helping restaurants embrace digital transformation and increase their revenue.

Za co będziesz odpowiadać

  • Active on-site visits to offline locations in the city and direct client engagement in person.

  • Building and maintaining a personal database of venues for further outreach and follow-up.

  • Developing the client network and establishing strong professional relationships.

  • Managing the full client journey from first contact through to payment and handover to Customer Success.

  • Conducting cold calls, scheduling meetings, and communicating via social media channels.

  • Maintaining reports, working with spreadsheets, and managing databases.

  • Achieving performance targets and meeting defined KPIs.

  • Fluent in the local market language min. C1 for internal communication.

  • Working proficiency in English B1–B2 for internal communication.

  • Experience in B2B sales (SaaS, EdTech, IT services, or digital platforms is a strong advantage).

  • Confident in handling outreach calls, offline meetings, and active prospecting.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on delivering value to the client.

  • Ambitious, proactive, and driven by results and professional growth.
