Czy do nas pasujesz?
Several years of working in data analytics, business intelligence or consulting
Solid command of SQL plus at least one analytics platform such as Power BI, Tableau or Python
Sound knowledge of statistical methods and their application to business questions
Strong data storytelling ability with a talent for making complex findings easy to understand
Experience handling large datasets drawn from multiple sources
Confident in communicating in English and Polish

Collaborate with business units to grasp their objectives and convert them into analytical questions and use cases
Create and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical models that monitor performance and surface opportunities
Prepare, validate and tidy datasets to keep reporting accurate and consistent
Carry out exploratory and statistical analysis to reveal patterns, key drivers and potential risks
Share findings and recommendations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Help teams adopt data-informed ways of working and interpret results effectively
Work with data engineering groups on data quality, availability and documentation
