📍 Remote within Poland

💰 5300–6000 PLN gross/month (33.3 PLN gross/hour. The role is based on an equivalent working time system.)

Za co będziesz odpowiadać

  • Support customers via phone and email in Italian and English

  • Help resolve technical, administrative, and order-related issues

  • Build positive customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

  • Update customer records and document interactions

  • Promote suitable products and services when needed

  • Work closely with Team Leaders and internal teams

Czego chętnie szukamy

  • Italian at B2/C1 level

  • English at B1/B2 level

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Basic IT knowledge (Windows/macOS/troubleshooting)

  • Motivation to learn and develop professionally

  • Previous customer service experience
