Czym się zajmiesz
Digital automotive support to the users and drivers e.g. how to change settings in the digital panel; how to start charge electronic car; no SOS support during the accident.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
