Czy do nas pasujesz?

Professional working proficiency in Japanese and English at business level, both written and spoken
Background as a business analyst working on data, reporting or digital transformation projects
Strong analytical capabilities and skill at documenting processes and requirements clearly
Understanding of data concepts, BI tools or reporting environments
Experience working alongside offshore or distributed delivery teams
Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively

Czym się zajmiesz

Collect, examine and record business and functional requirements for data and analytics projects
Run workshops and interviews with client stakeholders who speak Japanese in order to capture how their business processes work
Turn requirements into well-defined specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for the delivery teams
Help with data mapping, process modelling and solution design work
Serve as a key liaison, bridging client teams and internal delivery groups in Japan and Europe
Take part in testing, UAT coordination and activities providing support after delivery
