Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus

Assist with the processing of incoming invoices and expense claims
Help prepare payment runs and verify payment details
Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system
Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with filing and archiving of financial documents
Provide general administrative support to the AP team
