Due to the development ofJohn Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Accounts Payable Accountant

(substitution contract)

Poznań, Poland

Za co będziesz odpowiadać

  • Process invoices from suppliers and reconcile vendor account balances in a timely and accurate manner

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, leading to successful long-term business relationships

  • Combine process knowledge with proactive improvement initiatives

  • Actively manage AP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive actions to meet expected performance levels

  • Support AP Seniors, AP Supervisor with ad-hoc tasks

Czego chętnie szukamy

  • Experience in the Accounts Payable area min.1 year

  • Proficient in English

  • Organizational skills with prioritization and multitasking capabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration

  • Standardization and continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience working with SAP

  • MS Excel for business purposes

  • Analytical skills

  • Good command of German

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
