Experience in production planning or detailed scheduling within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in planning tools or ERP systems
Good understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing operations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
Monitor production plans and adjust schedules to address material availability, machine capacity, and labor resources
Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of schedules
Analyze scheduling performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Support implementation of planning tools and systems to enhance scheduling accuracy
