We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist in Warsaw to support sourcing initiatives and to lead global procurement projects. In this role, you will work closely with business/IT stakeholders to identify the right partners, negotiate optimal supplier terms, and ensure seamless contract execution in coordination with Legal and Compliance.

lead sourcing initiatives for (indirect) spend categories with a focus on professional services (e.g. managed services, external workforce, consulting) and other procurement categories
collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supplier selection and negotiations
drive cost reduction efforts and supplier performance management
develop processes, tools, and best practices for procurement efficiency
degree in IT or business administration, ideally with procurement certifications
at least 5 years of experience in procurement or consulting
strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
fluency in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus
