Join a strategic transformation program within a leading Nordic universal bank, where you will be responsible for Solution Architecture Design for mortgage loan origination and servicing platforms.
The environment combines modern web applications (Angular), mobile solutions, and microservices-based integrations (Spring Boot) connected to multiple backend banking systems. The mortgage ecosystem includes numerous integrations with local banking infrastructure across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, making it a complex yet highly impactful domain.
As a Solution Architect, you will help transform architectural complexity into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly solutions for both customers and bank employees. Solution designs are documented in Confluence and MS Word, while delivery follows SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ways of working.

Expertise in Solution Architecture and System Integration within complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of microservices architecture; knowledge of micro-applications is an advantage
Ability to combine holistic thinking with detailed technical analysis
Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
Professional level of English, including the ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Experience communicating and collaborating with suppliers and development teams
Strong leadership skills with a clear delivery-oriented mindset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive approach, transparency, and a willingness to continuously share knowledge and experience
General knowledge of Java sufficient for effective communication with development teams
Understanding of Angular and Spring Boot ecosystems
Experience with microservices and micro-application architectures
Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly within mortgage lending environments

Analyze business and technical requirements, combining end-to-end architectural thinking with detailed technical analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers, architects, and development teams across multiple countries
Support and guide the implementation of solutions based on microservices and modern integration patterns
Contribute to solution delivery within a SAFe Agile environment
