We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Management Consultant to join the Professional Services team and lead complex, high-impact deployment programs within enterprise data center environments.
The role focuses on managing large-scale infrastructure deployments, including GPU, network, and compute rack installations, while coordinating multiple technical and operational teams. You will act as a senior point of contact for customers, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.

Lead and govern complex, multi-workstream deployment programs in enterprise data center environments.
Coordinate engineering, construction, networking, operations, vendors, and other delivery teams.
Act as a senior point of contact for customers and executive-level stakeholders.
Manage project scope, schedules, financials, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.
Identify potential delivery risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Lead escalations and recovery activities for projects facing significant challenges.
Prepare and maintain project status reports, including daily and shift-level reporting.
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for further customer value.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and AI-driven approaches to project delivery.
Mentor and support junior consultants and onsite delivery resources.

Wymagania

12–15 years of experience in Project/Program Management within IT, technology services, infrastructure deployment, or data center operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-workstream programs.
Experience with programs involving multi-million-dollar scope.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
Strong expertise in scope, schedule, financial, and risk management.
Experience managing escalations and recovering distressed projects.
Proven ability to coordinate engineering, construction, networking, operations, and vendor teams.
Willingness to travel extensively and work onsite at customer data centers across the US, including extended rotational assignments.
PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

Mile widziane

Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling tools.
Understanding of AI data center and high-performance computing environments.
Familiarity with InfiniBand, NVIDIA NVLink, and 400G/800G Ethernet.
Strong technical understanding enabling effective collaboration with architects, engineers, vendors, and deployment teams.
Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
