Creotech Instruments is looking for an experienced Strategic Space Program Manager who can lead complex satellite projects and strengthen our Project Office. We are after someone who combines experience from a large, process-driven space organisation with hands-on delivery experience in a fast-moving New Space business, and who has successfully led at least one satellite project through development, integration, testing, launch and deployment into orbit.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

At least 10 years of professional experience on complex space, satellite and technology projects.
Documented responsibility for at least one satellite that was successfully launched and deployed into orbit.
Solid knowledge of the satellite industry and the entire satellite lifecycle.
Experience in both a structured corporate environment and a fast-moving New Space organisation.
Experience managing Project Managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
Ability to combine established processes with pragmatic, delivery-focused execution.
Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Professional English.

Czym się zajmiesz

Guide strategic satellite projects and programs over their full lifecycle.
Take charge of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and delivery.
Work with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, manufacturing, AIT, procurement, quality and operations.
Produce realistic project plans and implement recovery actions whenever they are needed.
Resolve conflicts across functions regarding priorities, resources and technical decisions.
Handle relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and space agencies.
Present clear decision options together with recommendations for senior management.
Mentor Project Managers and help establish an effective Project House.
Refine project processes without slowing down delivery.
