Proven experience as a business analyst on Salesforce implementation projects
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud functionality
Experience with data modeling, reporting, and analytics concepts
Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Fluency in English

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for Salesforce solutions
Design functional solutions in collaboration with architects and developers across Salesforce clouds
Facilitate workshops and translate findings into process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
Support UAT, data migration, and deployment activities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
Identify process improvements and data-driven opportunities within Salesforce
