As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key creative contributor within multidisciplinary teams, helping shape visual communication for leading global brands. You will work closely with creatives, strategists, and delivery teams to turn ideas into clear, engaging, and beautifully crafted design.
You will design across multiple touchpoints, from campaigns and brand systems to digital experiences and presentations, balancing strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution. You will also actively use modern design tools, including AI-powered ones, to work smarter and faster. You will:
9+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency, creative studio, or consulting environment, along with experience in supporting team members, making design decisions, and solving project challenges.
Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator ).
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual thinking, layout, typography, and concept-driven design.
Ability to provide structured feedback, guide others through challenges, and navigate fast-paced, evolving projects.
Practical experience using AI tools in a design context (e.g., Midjourney, Veo, ChatGPT or similar).
Experience in motion design and working with time-based visual storytelling.
Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
Attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently.
A proactive, curious mindset and genuine passion for design.
Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (min.B2).
Advanced proficiency and experimentation with AI tools for design, ideation, and image generation.
Working knowledge of Figma for digital and collaborative design.
Experience working with large international or Fortune 500 clients.
