Czy do nas pasujesz?
Degree in data science, statistics, computer science or a related quantitative field
Several years of experience in applied data science, preferably in logistics, supply chain or operations contexts
Proficiency in Python or R and experience with machine learning libraries and SQL
Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling and experiment design
Experience with data visualization tools and ability to present insights clearly
Fluency in English

Design, build and validate machine learning and statistical models to solve operational challenges
Analyze large-scale operational datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
Translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with operations, engineering and product teams to deploy models into production workflows
Monitor model performance and maintain data pipelines and reproducible analytical workflows
Contribute to the development of analytical best practices and tooling within the team
