Your team
You'll be joining our Business Intelligence & Analytics team as we lead the "Smart Business" layer of IG's data transformation strategy. This means you'll be at the forefront of making data, insights, and actions usable across the entire business - from building self-service dashboards to supporting AI agents and co-pilots that deliver value directly to business users and clients.

Design and develop scalable data models using dbt that empower business users across the organization with self-service analytics capabilities
Support development of AI agents, co-pilots, and automated insights
Lead the technical implementation of our Looker migration strategy, ensuring seamless transition of business-critical dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data models
Maintain and improve data integrity through robust testing and documentation
Mentor team members on data modeling best practices and modern analytics engineering approaches
Partner with data engineering teams to optimize our data pipeline architecture
